Carole Meade -  Instructional Design Director

Carole has 12+ years of Instructional Design and Course Development experience in multiple media, as well as Design ROI Analytics experience with major Fortune 500® companies, including Avaya. Her work has spanned training development and programs for various audiences, including internal and external customers and business partners.

Carole's extensive expertise in development and implementation and measurement analytics resulted in the design, development and patenting of a scalable, repeatable business measurement process that reduced timelines and resources by a minimum of 50% for enterprise developed HR and learning products. She has also designed, developed and implemented certification programs that reduced timelines by 50% and dependence on external vendors by 45%.

Earlier in her career, Carole designed, developed and implemented Lucent Technologies' first satellite television network, the L-Channel, for delivering product and technology training direct to business partner sites, enabling live training without the cost of travel. During her three-year project tenure, Carole increased the amount of training programs from 4 to 30 by creating repeatable program series and streamlining processes for which she received the Lucent President's Award.

Carole holds an MBA Certificate concentrating in International Business from Harvard University, Cambridge, Mass.; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lesely University, Cambridge, Mass. She is also a Certified ROI Porfessional (CRP) in ROI Methodology, per the ROI Institute in Birmingham, Ala.
