Flavio Ruiz  -  CALA Learning Services Manager

Flavio Ruiz is Sumaria Networks Learning Services Manager overseeing client relationships in Cental and Latin America and the Carribean. His responsibilities include managing client projects and relationships and supervising internationally-based learning services personnel.

Flavio has 15+ years of Telecommunications and IT industry experience and has served in a wide variety of positions, including Sales Director, Employee Excellence & Integrated Solutions Global Sales Instructor, Senior Consultant, Consultative Sales Methodology Instructor, Strategic Accounts Manager, and Sales Executive. He has worked for Elevaria, Avaya University, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Flavio has a proven track record of increasing volumes in all programs he has managed, and he is highly experienced in both FastTrack and virtual course delivery, as well as Sales and Call Center training curricula.

He holds a Professional Technician in Telecom & Electronics degree from the National College of Technical Professional Education, and he also is a Telecommunications Association Industry/CPTIA Convergence Technologies Professional.
