Himli has more than 15 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Contact Centre industry, specifically with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, Aspect Software, COPC Inc and Interlink Network Systems. He has held various regional responsibilities as a Lecturer, Technical Trainer, Training Manager, Pre-Sales Manager, Services Manager, and Sales and Business Developer.
Himli’s B.S. degree in Information Technology and MBA have assisted him in bringing out the best in individuals and in producing teaming dynamics for positive results and outcomes. He has also attended a General Management Program at the national University of Singapore, the Executive Program at the Wharton School of Business, and the Leadership in Action Program at the University of Michigan.
His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Regional Training, Sales, and Business Development solutions in the APAC region.
