Melanie has 19+ years of telecommunications industry experience with Avaya, Lucent Technolgies and AT&T. Her career has spanned the areas of global training center management, e-Learning solutions production management, instructional design, global fulfillment process management, LMS operations, business development, and virtual course development and learning in both virtual instructor-led (vILT) and virtual laboratory environments (vLAB).

Melanie has held a wide range of postions during the course of her career, including Training Center Systems Administrator, e-Learning Solutions Production Manager, vILT Global Manager, and Delivery Service Manager.
