Instructor Competencies
Sumaria instructors average 15-20+ years of training experience, and all of our instructors have been certified through Sumaria’s Instructor Certification Process. Our instructors have extensive experience in telecom products and services, including Hardware, Software and IP Technology. Our Lead instructors have the highest degree of expertise and are used as Subject Matter Experts and Mentors.
Our instructors are also highly experienced in developing and customizing training sessions and workshops for both technical and sales teams based on specific requests. Continued requests for such sessions is indicative of the success of our customized programs and the confidence our clients have in knowing that we know what their needs are and are able to deliver. Our management team and our instructors understand the audience roles specific to the Telecommunications industry and how to customize material to meet the needs of each and every group.
Even though certain courses are not developed to be leveraged for each distinct audience, during delivery, our instructors deliver courses that meet the needs of each specific audience.
