System Analysis & Design

Sumaria staff analyze and design telecom and networking solutions for organizations operating in national and international locations. Analysis and design include system and network requirements and hardware and software configurations. Systems are configured for appropriate telecom services, such as ISDN BRI or PRI, TCP/IP, VoIP and SIP. Our staff is experienced in Contact Center and Unified Communication solutions, the one-X™ Mobile product line, IP and Traditional Telephony, and a combination of legacy PBX systems with VoIP, Wireless and Unified Communication capabilities.

System Implementation

Sumaria software experts conduct system reviews, create internal software translations, input system software, and test functionality. We provide extensive on-site support for first day of business activities following system conversion, and also offer a full set of post-implementation support services.

Operational Support & Sustainment

Sumaria provides on-site sustainment and operational support to entities requiring telecom system and network support and maintenance, and full service/help desk operations.
