Leenora Austin  -  Senior Technical Instructor

Leenora has more than 31 years of platform and combined telecommunications experience with Illinois Bell, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Currently she is a Sumaria Senior Technical Instructor for Avaya Communication Manager. She also is a knowledgeable instructor in the CMS, Call Center and Voice Mail solution areas.

Leenora’s telecommunications responsibilities are in the areas of customizing and delivering training sessions to a variety of audiences including System Technicians, Supervisors, Sales and Marketing personnel, and Telecommunications Managers. She delivers training sessions in designated training centers and customized sessions on customer premises.

Leenora continues to thirst for knowledge, continues to be excited and energized about the platform, and is currently preparing for ACA Voice and Call Center certifications.
