Linda Blanks  -  Global Lead Instructor, Interactive Response/IVR Design

Linda has more than 25 years of experience with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Sumaria Networks/Avaya University with 15+ years as an instructor in the New York, New Jersey, Miami, Dallas and Altamonte Springs training centers.

She has extensive product knowledge and has performed as a Team Leader/Instructor for the delivery of voice and data product technical training for domestic and international customers. Linda is committed to the highest levels of customer service, and also manages equipment upgrades, courseware re-writes and knowledge transfers.

She currently delivers courses on:

• Media Servers/Gateways, Administration & Implementation,
• Voice Messaging,
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR Designer, Script Builder),
• IR Implementation,
and
• Dialog Designer

Prior to working in training, Linda worked in AT&T’s Marketing and Human Resources departments. She also received the Partner of Choice Award for course management from Lucent Technologies.
