Sergio Serrano Galvis - Senior Technical Instructor
Sergio has 15 years of experience in the Telecommunication and IT industries, including technical training instruction for Avaya and Nortel products, account management and product management for Nortel, education sales consultancy, and operations management for communication networks.
He has successfully managed multiple projects throughout the course of his career, with the most recent involving data network and security access using the NSNA Nortel solution, which is the first such project in the CALA Region. In addition, he has recently provided consultancy and support for developing Nortel Voice, Data and Network Security for CALA-based customers.
Sergio’s Training Delivery and Technical experience includes:
- Serving as a certified instructor for Avaya and Zultys convergent solutions.
- Providing telecommunications, networking, TPC/IP, router, security network, WAN, VPNs, VoIP and wireless instruction.
- Designing and building WAN, LAN and Wireless networks.
- Successfully leading 26 technology-based telephony and internet projects in a seven-month timeframe.
- Training Avaya’s Partners in telecommunications, convergent solutions and network security.
