Nigel Hall  -  Senior Technical Instructor

Nigel serves as a certified instructor on the ERS product line and the WLAN and has 15 years of telecommunications industry experience. He has conducted training in Avaya locations, both remotely and at customer sites, for the past 10 years. Nigel has also been responsible for the hands-on design, upgrade and maintenance of labs. In addition, he has been a contributor to both new courses and courseware updates, and has helped to improve certification exams for the product line curricula that he teaches.

Nigel has a degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. He resides in the U.K. in Slough, which is very close to Heathrow airport.
