Rodger Jackson  -  Senior Technical Instructor

Rodger has more than 38 years of experience working for AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. His background includes Systems Engineer, AT&T Field Supervisor managing customer installation and maintenance support, Senior Project Manager for Lucent Technologies, part-time Avaya Systems Administrator for multiple commercial clients, and Senior Technical Instructor conducting classes on AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya premise systems and applications.

Rodger's instructor background includes customer administration classroom and premise training on Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Messaging systems, Avaya call routing, and the Avaya Call Management System. Rodger also conducts implementation workshops for the Avaya Media Server and Media Gateway product line.
