Barbara Polyanskaya - Senior Technical Instructor
Barbara Polyanskaya has been teaching Administration & Implementation classes for Avaya products for more than 12 years. Although her degree is in the completely different field of Russian Literature, her experience with Avaya (starting in 1995) ensures deep knowledge of the company's products and training courses.
Barbara started her training career in Avaya by delivering end-user workshops for key customers, such as McDonalds, American Express, and other globally based corporations. Her training success progressed into establishing an Avaya Training Center facility in Moscow, Russia.
Barbara then changed her career path and became a MNC Sales Executive responsible for Russia and CIS, providing account management to Avaya's key multinational customers, including Citibank and Samsung, while also assisting with pre-sales and design activities and tasks.
After completing her MBA at Kingston University in the U.K., Barbara returned to Avaya to provide training in Avaya Communication Manager Administration, Implementation and Design. In 2008, she became a contract Senior Technical Instructor for Sumaria Networks. Barbara's new aim is to begin training in the Contact Center area.
