Otfried Raabe  -  Senior Technical Instructor

Otfried studied Telecommunications, then spent 25 years in the data field. Within that time he spent seven (7) years in an International Executive Briefing Center for Telecommunication in La Gaude in the south of France. He has performed technical training for Lucent, Avaya, and now Sumaria Networks in IP telephony implementation, maintenance and administration in German, English and French.

Otfried is an Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) and thoroughly enjoys training in French and English, in addition to his native German.
