Dennis Vercellino - Global Lead Instructor, Global Provisioning
Dennis has more than 39 years of experience in telecommunications, data, software design and programming with Ohio Bell, Pacific Northwest Bell, US West, AT&T, Lucent and Avaya. He is currently Sumaria’s liaison to Avaya’s equipment provisioning manager, responsible for the budget and acquisition of world-wide equipment assets for 16 classroom locations.
His vast experience and knowledge of telecommunications led him into the field of IP Telephony Implementation and Maintenance instruction. Dennis also has a great business and management background, as demonstrated by his excellent accomplishments as an IP Telephony Master Instructor. His duties were to design, help develop, be a Subject Matter Expert, implement, and train trainers (TTT) in the very successful IP Telephony curriculum in use today by Avaya University.

- Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS), IP Telephony Implementation
- AT&T Certified Instructor
- Department of Defense (DoD) Master Instructor (6 years), Artillery
- Army Drill Instructor (4 years), Artillery
Dennis has also retired from the Army and Army Reserve with 29 years of service holding a grade of Master Sergeant (E-8), Artillery. He last served as a Brigade Operations Sergeant, which helped solidify his managerial skills and impeccable talent for thinking "out-of-the-box" to achieve the unthinkable.
