Evert Waaijenberg - Technical Instructor, IP Telephony
Evert has six (6) years of telecommunications experience with an Avaya business partner in the Netherlands called Newtel Essence. At the moment he is Product Support Manager and provides support for most Avaya products, including IP Telephony, Audix, Modular Messaging, (B)CMS and AIR. In addition to his role at Newtel Essence, beginning in 2008, Evert is also serving as a part-time Technical Instructor for Sumaria Networks responsible for classroom course delivery.
Evert has Avaya Certified Expert (ACE) credentials in

- Messaging, and
- Implement: Enterprise Solution Architect.
