Anne Williams  -  Senior Technical Instructor

In her many years in the telecom world, Anne worked for the Bell System, ATT and Lucent before joining Sumaria Networks. She has been involved in many aspects of the PBX, Voice Messaging and Call Center environments. Before becoming an instructor, some of her responsibilities included customer administration and working at the Technical Support Organization in Atlanta and Denver as a Technician and a Technical Manager.

Over the years she has given presentations at multiple Users' Groups, has been invited to customer sites for consultations and training, helped in the development of several courses, and was a charter member of Women for Lucent.

Anne has taught classes for the installation and administration of phone systems and voice mail systems as the product lines have undergone multiple revisions. These classes included many complex features, such as Automatic Route Selection, Automatic Call Distribution, Skills and Call Vectoring. Currently, Anne teaches administration and call center classes for the IP Telephony platform, as well as administration, installation and networking for the Modular Messaging line.
