Steve Woje - Senior Technical Instructor
Steve’s passion is adult education and his experience is very broad. He has more than 34 years of experience in the data and telecommunications fields working for Western Electric, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Time Warner Telecom. The last 25 years have been spent designing, developing, and delivering both technical and sales-oriented job performance improvement curricula. This has included traditional classroom-led training interventions, as well as web-based classes.

Currently focusing on Avaya products and services, Steve is teaching both Voice over IP (VoIP) pre-sales design courses, as well as VoIP hardware installation, administration, and maintenance courses to both domestic and international audiences. He has also been teaching leading edge SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) classes, as well as SIP hardware installation classes.
Steve is both an Avaya Certified Associate (ACA) and an Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) in VoIP technologies.
Steve resides in Colorado Springs, Colo., with his wife. His two grown sons live in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Venice Beach, Calif., respectively. When not traveling, he enjoys the Colorado outdoors as much as possible and also collects antique electric trains.
