Ongoing Opening  -  Freelance Instructors/Consultants

We are looking for Freelance Instructors/Consultants who are available at least 50 days per year to teach/coach IT engineers in the following job functions: design, implementation, administration and maintenance in the following product/solution areas:

• IP Telephony – VoIP: H.3123 or SIP based
• Integration of Telephony with Messaging or Instant mails (MS-Exchange, Lotus, MS-Communicator)
• Multi-Channel Contact Center, Contact Center Reporting system and connectivity with CRM applications
• Interactive Voice Response systems
• Outbound Dialers (softwate and hardware based)

Travel is required mainly in Europe and eventually to the Middle East. Asia Pacific and the Americas could also be a possible destination. Main Training Centers in Europe & the Middle East (EMEA) are located in Frankfurt and London areas. Secondary Centers are located in main European capitals.
