November 29, 2010 - Sumaria Networks participates as an Avaya Learning Partner in the PCC EMEA Autumn 2010 Conference in Portugal
OPORTO, Portugal - Sumaria Networks, LLC, one of the lead global telecom and high tech managed learning services and consultancy organizations, participates in the European Partner Community Council (PCC EMEA), 29 November - 1 December 2010, at the Hotel Porto Palacio, Oporto, Portugal.
"As an Avaya Learning Partner (ALP), Sumaria Networks is actively engaged in teaching product-specific Avaya courses to Avaya’s customers through the Avaya Learning Partner Program (ALPP)," stated Julio Salgado, EMEA/International Operations Manager, Sumaria Networks. The PCC EMEA holds two conferences each year, one in Spring and one in Autumn. These conferences provide the latest Avaya product and service launch information, feedback on product market suitability for new products, engineering and interoperability knowledge, and support tools and metrics data, as well as the opportunity to actively network with Avaya and Avaya partner and developer partner personnel.
The PCC EMEA provides a forum to identify areas of common interests and concerns to improve Avaya Products, Services and associated Avaya processes to benefit Avaya customers.

About the European Partner Community Council (PCC EMEA)
The Council provides a forum to identify areas of common interests and concerns for the purpose of improving Avaya Products, Services and associated Avaya/Partner processes to the benefit of Avaya Customers. It is the only collective forum recognized by Avaya where technical and operational detail is discussed.
Issues, recommendations and requests coming from the Council will provide a Global perspective to the product and will receive top priority within Avaya. The European perspective is represented at the Global PCC by members of the Executive Steering Committee. The expected results from these activities will be improved product and distributor performance, improved operational effectiveness, enhanced technical support and closer Partner/Avaya relationship, thus leading to improved partner and Avaya profitability with high customer satisfaction.
