The Council provides a forum to identify areas of common interests and concerns for the purpose of improving Avaya Products, Services and associated Avaya/Partner processes to the benefit of Avaya Customers. It is the only collective forum recognized by Avaya where technical and operational detail is discussed.
Issues, recommendations and requests coming from the Council will provide a Global perspective to the product and will receive top priority within Avaya. The European perspective is represented at the Global PCC by members of the Executive Steering Committee.
