
ALICE ENNALS
SENIOR DELIVERY OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alice has more than 20 years of experience deploying, managing, operating and delivering centralized, customized and on-site training for Avaya, Lucent Technologies and AT&T in Florida, New York, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
With the outsourcing of training operations from Lucent Technologies to Sumaria Networks, Alice assumed re-sponsibility for established training centers in Valhalla, N.Y.; Altamonte Springs, Fla.; the entire Virtual Office organization; and the existing satellite location in Cincinnati, Ohio. Reorganizations later took place that resulted in closure of the Valhalla Center; the opening of a satellite location in Armonk, N.Y.; and the closure of the Cincinnati center. During this reorganization, Alice and her team maintained high customer satisfaction ratings, as well as high center utilization and instructor morale.
Previously, as Lucent's Mid-Atlantic Training Manager for Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and West Virginia; Alice managed as many as four (4) centers simultaneously, later picking up responsibility for Pittsburgh and Philadelphia as well. She constantly added centers to her management team and also closed many centers along the way. In total she has opened three (3) totally new centers and two (2) satellite locations, and has closed five (5) centers. During here tenure, Alice and her staff:
- Delivered training numbers, CSI's and training days that exceeded centers that were almost double of those she managed.
- Had the highest percentage of instructors with "Far Exceed" and "Exceed" performance ratings.
- Was the first nationwide center to go totally and successfully Virtual Office, including instructors, administrative support and management staff.
Prior to her training experience, Alice served as the Branch Operations Manager for the Baltimore, Maryland office of AT&T Information Systems, as well as the Area Resource Manager for all large AT&T Information Systems Business Systems branches in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Before her staff assignments, she was an Account Executive for the Large Business Branch in Baltimore, Maryland.
