INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS CONSULTANT
EeLin is an experienced international business manager with eight (8) years of project and relationship management experience. She has served in both sales and training-based positions for Avaya Singapore Private Limited.
Serving as the Regional Project Manager for Avaya Singapore, EeLin achieved $10M USD in six (6) months of launching a project to maximize up-sell, cross-sell and migration opportunities in the APAC customer base, where she covered the markets of Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Previously, EeLin served as the Training Business Manager at Avaya Singapore for more than three (3) years, where she managed Avaya Asia Pacific's training business, Avaya University, which included budgeting, certification, the train-the-trainer program, sales and marketing, client services, pricing, process reviews and improvement, and receivables and payables. During her tenure, she worked successfully with the Avaya Asia Pacific Executive Leadership Team and Avaya's Business Partners to ensure alignment of execution plans. She also managed the relationship with Accenture's senior management, Avaya's training partner then. Major successes included transforming the engineering force with traditional telephony skills into one with IP Telephony skills through training and certifications programs, and implementing the Certification Program to upgrade the overall sales force with solution and consultative selling skills to maximize revenue.
In addition, she has more than three (3) years of direct marketing management experience at United Overseas In-surance Limited, where she served as the Senior Service & Development Executive, and achieved an annual premium of $3.5M SGD in three (3) years.
EeLin has a Bachelor's of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Western Australia, and a Diploma in Risk & Insurance Management from Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore.
