
JULIO SALGADO
EMEA-APAC-CALA REGIONAL MANAGER
Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Julio Salgado is Sumaria Networks International Operations Manager overseeing client relationships in Europe, Asia and Central America. His responsibilities include managing client relationships and supervising internationally-based personnel, as well as tailored programs for key geographies under his responsibility.
Julio previously worked for Accenture as the Delivery Relationship Manager for the Avaya BPO contract and reported to the Global Delivery Director. His responsibilities included managing training delivery globally for two (2) Avaya divisions: the Services and Sales organizations, and serving as the customer interface manager who dealt with Avaya key stakeholders on a daily basis.
Julio also worked directly for Avaya and was located at the Avaya University-Miami Campus, where he served as the Sales Master Instructor, managing a team of six (6) Global Sales instructors. His responsibilities included serving as Solution Sales Instructor for IT/Telecom-IP Communication Solutions. This role ended when Avaya University was outsourced to Accenture.
Julio’s knowledge of international regions broadened while at Radiant Knowledge Systems, (Bracknell, U.K.) where he was a Learning Senior Consultant in Sales & Network Design and served as the Cisco Systems Global Contract Regional Sales Director/Educational Services for Latin America.
