Sumaria Learning Solutions has developed a series of “Sales” workshops focused on Avaya’s Professional Sales Specialist (APSS) certification The APSS workshops are comprehensive learning experiences that minimize time out of the office and are proven to achieve outstanding on-the-job results. All Workshop courses are instructor-led and both physical-classroom and virtual-classroom versions are offered.

We also offer a comprehensive, vendor-neutral “Solution Selling Workshop” designed to develop Value-Solution selling skills. In this 3-day workshop, students learn to create value with their customers to win a proposal and become a trusted account advisor. This interactive course includes case studies, role playing, modeling, and discussion groups. The course focuses on the sales process and the interaction with potential customers – it is independent of specific products and vendors. The Workshop is offered as both classroom instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
