Sumaria has extensive experience in leading the planning process with clients. The planning process leads to budgeted days delivered in each area for the year. Armed with the annual delivery plan, Sumaria ensures that a sufficient number of instructors with appropriate expertise are available to teach the quantities forecasted.

The forecasting process is an important foundation for planning, but client needs change throughout the year. Sumaria’s account management processes permit changes to the initial forecasted plans. Bi-weekly updates on the current schedule are communicated to client representatives. These updates inform pending decisions with respect to cancellations and postponements. Beyond proper planning and execution of courses throughout the world, the evaluations and impact of the courses are accounted for.
