Instructor Management

Sumaria has an in-depth Instructor Management & Development Program that has consistently generated customer satisfaction ratings of 98% or more. Our Training Delivery Managers are experienced in training, coaching and mentoring instructional staff through our comprehensive Instructor Certification Program.

Sumaria currently has in place a formalized Train the Trainer (T-T-T) program that is used to train Sumaria instructors and Sumaria contractors, and this program can easily be leveraged to other client resources. For example, Sumaria will work with international business partners and their training organizations to ensure consistency in training delivery and establish ongoing mentoring relationships in the client’s global markets.

Instructors that are to deliver new courses or major course revisions will follow similar paths: Attend a T-T-T session or observe a class locally, co-teach, and successfully deliver the new or revised course on their own. Instructors are required to deliver selected modules during Train-the-Trainer sessions for new or revised courses.

A major source of feedback comes directly from customers/learners who complete an end-of-class evaluation. Managers and instructors jointly set individual objectives for questions asked within the evaluation. Objectives are set to achieve top-rate student satisfaction and to improve those ratings on a continual basis.
