Sumaria Networks offers design and development of e-Learning and Blended Learning content for all levels of employees using the ADDIE or ISD models, which includes needs and performance analyses, content design and development, and implementation and evaluation. Our Course Development and Instructional Design staffs are experienced in leading large scale initiatives, and work closely with client-based design staff to align training development with client needs. In addition, our staffs work closely with Delivery Operations staff to ensure effective training implementation and delivery.
