Sumaria's Role - In January 2008, Avaya selected Sumaria Networks Learning Services to provide its Global Training Delivery services. Under this new contract, Sumaria has been providing these services since early 2008. Services include installation, maintenance, administration and design training for Avaya’s extensive product base in classroom, virtual and blended learning environments.
Under this contract, Sumaria's geographic training base has expanded to the global market, including the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Middle East, Central & Latin America, and the Asian Pacific. Our certified instructor team has trained more Avaya customers than any other training provider with exceptional satisfaction ratings of 98-99% for the past eight (8)+ years, and we are continuing this tradition of excellent service in our newly expanded globally-based services role. |
